Membership Information (for 2013-2014 membership year)
Membership dues are $75.00 per person and includes online access to the monthly newsletter, "Spotlight," and a Saints badge. If you would like to join the Saints, click on "Join the Saints" at the top of this page and complete the application. After you complete the application, please sign up for a new member orientation. On the Home page, in the section "Need to Sign-up for a New Member Orientation?" click on the link [See Available Dates] and register for an orientation. If the sessions are full, check back in a week or inquire as to when there will be more dates posted. After June and July, orientations will be less frequent so it is in your best interest to sign up as soon as possible.
At your Orientation, you will be provided information on how to make payment for your membership dues. There are three ways to pay:
- At orientation - When you take your orientation, you can pay for your membership ($75) and optional paper subscription to the "Spotlight" newsletter ($36).
- Online credit card - At our website, www.SaintsChicago.org, you can select to pay by credit. This charge will appear on your credit card statement as "Club Express". (See note below.)
- Online + check - You can process your membership online and select to mail in a check. In this case the check should be made payable to "The Saints c/o Club Express" and mailed to them. You also need to download the Membership Agreement and Privacy Policy from the website, print it, sign it and include that with your check.
You must attend an orientation before you will be able to pay or start receiving information about ushering opportunities. Only members who have paid and attended orientation may start to usher, receive online access to the newsletter, or receive e-mails regarding ushering opportunities. The Annual Membership Year is from June 1 to May 31. Once you have ushered two or more times, you will have received value that exceeds the cost of your membership - so don't delay. We have had new members join in May because they planned to usher more than once. The minimum age for membership is 16. Dues are not pro-rated for a partial year and are non-refundable.
IMPORTANT: If you use a credit card for any payment to the Saints, your credit card statement will show that charge as being made by "Club Express," the Saints' agent for credit card transactions (i.e., membership, theatre party, etc.). If you have any questions about a charge or want to dispute a charge, please e-mail Club Express at Support@clubexpress.com or call Club Express toll-free at 1-866-HLP-CLUB (457-2582). IF YOU DISPUTE the charge DIRECTLY with your credit card company, YOU WILL INCUR A MINIMUM $15 SERVICE CHARGE!!
