After careful consideration, and in response to the clear majority of members advocating for a change, the Saints board has approved moving the new production release time to
Mondays at 6:00 AM, effective September 8.
Last month, the board conducted a membership survey regarding production release times, and we’re deeply grateful for the overwhelming response. Nearly 40% of members participated, sharing thoughtful perspectives that were invaluable in shaping this decision. Alongside preferred time slots, your feedback provided crucial insights that guided the board’s discussions.
We sincerely thank every member who took the time to participate. Your thoughtful comments, including many expressing appreciation for the chance to share input, reaffirm how much our community values collaboration and mutual respect. Your voices are essential in ensuring fair and equitable opportunities for all, and we’re honored to be part of such a supportive and engaged community.
While some members preferred to maintain the current schedule, others offered creative suggestions to accommodate different needs, from early risers to night owls. Though our current platform doesn’t allow for some of these proposed compromises, we’re committed to exploring solutions that balance diverse preferences as we move forward. Please know that every perspective was carefully considered, with member needs (including personal commitments, schedules, and well-being) weighed in our deliberations.
Additionally, we appreciate the feedback regarding challenges in securing ushering opportunities. The Board will use this input to further our ongoing efforts toward fairness and accessibility.
